Resource is not another commercial brokerage firm. We're built to partner with exceptional companies as an extension of their teams. We’re on a mission to unlock the full potential of your businesses through strategic and thoughtful workplace solutions.
After 2020 the way we work changed. That’s when two long-time friends saw a chance to re-envision the traditional model of helping companies. Every company is different; finding space solutions should be treated with a bespoke level of service. A small team focused on customized solutions.
Pierce & Andrew founded Resource with a vision to prioritize partnership and advisory. This empowers our clients to create spaces that enable them to achieve their unique goals. Meet Andrew Nicholls, our Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Resource. Leading Resource’s Tenant Advisory practice and spearheading strategic growth, Andrew is dedicated to ensuring impeccable client service throughout every project.
Over the past 13 years, Andrew has collaborated with a diverse range of companies, ranging from local businesses to publicly traded companies with global real estate portfolios. With leasing experience spanning over 40 cities across 15+ countries, Andrew's wealth of insights greatly benefits his clients.
Andrew started his career working for several luxury hotel and residential developers, which has allowed him to bring a distinct touch of hospitality and service excellence to his work. His unwavering commitment to Tenants and delivering outstanding service and results, has earned him a stellar reputation.
When he’s not working with clients, you'll often find Andrew running, road biking, or carving up the slopes in Tahoe.

With expertise in strategic consulting, international site selection, portfolio management, and lease administration, Pierce drives impactful commercial space solutions and fosters sustainable business growth.
Pierce's passion for transformative spaces shines through his impressive experience, including 400+ transactions across 30+ cities and 20+ countries during his tenure at Airbnb. He's also the founder of CRETech, a celebrated commercial real estate symposium and technology network, acquired by The News Funnel in 2017. Pierce's corporate real estate achievements include collaboration with industry giants such as Google, Cisco, McKesson, HP, and Chevron during his CBRE tenure.
Pierce’s passion for technology drew him to the Bay a decade ago. Beyond the office, you'll find him immersed in personal fitness and exploring cutting-edge technologies.

With a clear focus on guiding clients to effective workplace solutions, Jessie lays the groundwork for vibrant work environments that boost productivity and engagement.
During her pivotal role at Stitch Fix, Jessie orchestrated the expansion of workplace services and the real estate portfolio from 10,000 to 200,000 square feet. Her expertise in space selection, design/build, and project management, paired with her skillful change management and employee engagement initiatives, fueled the company's growth across her 9-year tenure.
With a passion for improving the employee experience and understanding workplaces' role in fostering strong company cultures, Jessie excels at turning challenges into practical, employee-focused solutions.
Outside of work, you'll find Jessie walking her dog Archie around the Marina or at SFO, embarking on her next solo adventure.

Alexis specializes in assisting tenants in securing ideal commercial properties, skillfully negotiating leases, and ensuring a seamless leasing process tailored to their needs.
With a strong foundation in property management, Alexis has managed over 1.5 million square feet of office buildings, providing invaluable insights into the leasing market and tenant requirements. Alexis goes above and beyond by leveraging innovative technology to bring a fresh perspective to the industry, creating an approachable and friendly real estate experience that exceeds client expectations.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys weekend getaways, socializing with friends, and exploring the city's lively social scene.
